Sophia: Thanks for visiting! Wow, it’s nice to know that you are interested in baking at an early age. To tell you the truth, I have no formal training as well and just learned the basics from my mother. I would love to take you under my wing and have you do all the washing and cleaning up—just kidding!—but I think you are in the US and I am in the Philippines so that is a problem.
Anyway, I wish you luck in your kitchen experiments and if ever you decide to pursue baking as a career, all the best to you. Check your email, I have something more for you there.

Hi Roselyn. Your site is wonderful, so are your cupcake creations. I found your site as I was researching for ube recipes for my blog. I am delighted to have found yours, although there weren’t recipes, your cupcakes are so impressive. I hope I can feature some of them, in fact I would i like to have a post or two about your cupcakes, if you would allow me to. I wish you more success!
13. Roselyn | July 5th, 2010 at 6:37 am
Perry: Thanks for visiting and for your kind words! Sure, you can feature my cupcakes in your blog. By the way, I am just curious, among the ube cake/cupcake recipes you found, which is the best? I, too have tried some recipes, but without success so I ended up just doing a macapuno cupcake with the ube-flavored frosting.
Anyway, more power to you, too. I will be visiting your blog again!
